Requirements
Must:
- Experienced in software testing in Agile environments
- Proficient in designing, executing, and maintaining functional and non-functional test cases
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Zephyr
- Ability to understand and test APIs, UI, and back-end systems
- Contribution to story-level test planning
- Capability to highlight testing-related risks and investigate issues
- ISTQB certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Bring QA / Testing in-house and contribute to methodologies, best practices, and standards
- Identify and implement improvements in testing processes
- Collaborate closely with developers to support resolutions
- Provide input into test planning at the story level
- Investigate issues and implement mitigating measures
