SaaS Technical Engineer

- Extensive knowledge and experience in administration of messaging and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace or M365 - Performing advanced technical activities such as migrations, security audits, and manipulation through APIs - Experience with deployment and management of AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise or equivalent - Understanding of mail authentication and routing concepts - Experience with technical consulting with stakeholders - Familiarity with cloud identity platforms, Active Directory & LDAP queries - Proficiency in Chrome Browser/Device Management - Knowledge of security, authentication, and authorization processes - Experience in data analytics - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Advantageous: - Experience deploying and integrating AI solutions within enterprise environments - High-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform - Experience building charts and/or dashboards for data insights - Genuine passion for learning new technologies - Experience in data reporting and analysis - Previous collaboration with the Google team - Professional Google Workspace Administrator certification - Other relevant certifications (e.g., from Microsoft) for messaging systems - Technical contribution to customer-facing sales meetings - Previous experience in an infrastructure support role
