Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in administration of messaging and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace or M365
- Experience performing advanced technical activities such as migrations, security audits, manipulation through APIs, etc.
- Experience with the deployment and management of AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise or equivalent
- Understanding of mail authentication and routing concepts
- Technical consulting experience with stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud identity platforms
- Proficiency in Active Directory & LDAP queries
- Knowledge of Chrome browser/device management
- Expertise in security, authentication, and authorization
- Experience in data analytics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Lead Google Workspace implementations including the deployment of AI solutions
- Run consultative workshops with clients
- Carry out all technical activities within a project, including provisioning, migrations, mail routing, and security configurations
- Investigate new technologies and assess their application
- Help define and build new SaaS solutions for customers
