Requirements

Responsibilities
- Own the digital strategy and UX direction for our projects
- Establish technical standards and make architectural decisions
- Ensure release quality and readiness of digital products
- Estimate project scope and manage development capabilities within the digital team
- Provide visibility on margin for digital work in collaboration with Operations and Finance
- Push back on under-defined or under-funded briefs
- Insist on structured strategy and UX processes before project initiation
- Identify and surface delivery risks early in the process
- Prioritize long-term quality over short-term convenience
- Manage commercial aspects of digital projects, including scoping and pricing
