Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with AI and machine learning technologies
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
- Experience with cloud services, particularly Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with contact center technologies and CCaaS solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development or engineering
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions for the Digital Customer Contact product suite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Google CCaaS platform
- Support the evolution of in-house systems and cloud-native services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI integration
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on the team
- Document technical specifications and processes clearly and thoroughly
Description
We are looking for a Senior CCAI Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will play a key role in transforming our Digital Customer Contact product suite by integrating advancements in AI technology.
