Requirements
Must:
- I require candidates who have 2+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst in a technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environment, with experience in HR, HRM, or HCM platforms.
- A strong analytical and research skill set, with high attention to detail.
- The ability to turn complex concepts into simple, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of data modeling and business process principles.
- Experience in SaaS, HR systems, or eCommerce platforms.
- Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (STEM).
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- You will define and document user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- You will support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to align teams will be part of your role.
- Collaboration with design, development, and creative teams to ensure delivery quality will be crucial.
- You will conduct acceptance checks and review process improvements.
