Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- I have extensive experience in backend development using Java and Kotlin.
- I possess a deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- I have proven experience in system architecture and designing distributed systems.
- I am familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- I have experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- I demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- I have the ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions using Java and Kotlin.
- I will provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of engineers.
- I will drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering.
- I will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- I will ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- I will identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues.
- I will stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.
