Requirements

Must:
- I have deep hands-on experience with AWS services across compute, storage, networking, and security. - I possess strong Terraform skills (or similar IaC tooling) for repeatable, secure builds. - I am capable of solid scripting in Python, Bash, or similar languages. - I have proven experience running and scaling production-grade infrastructure. - I am familiar with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.) and have knowledge of DevOps best practices. - I have experience with on-prem/hybrid systems, including HPC or data center estates. - I contribute a clear, collaborative approach and have the confidence to influence platform decisions.

Responsibilities

- I design, build, and maintain infrastructure across AWS and on-prem environments. - I lead on CI/CD tooling and release automation to ensure smooth, safe, and fast delivery. - I troubleshoot platform issues across the stack and drive long-term fixes. - I implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting to spot issues early. - I support high-throughput workloads, including HPC clusters and storage-heavy pipelines. - I drive infrastructure growth planning and cost optimization alongside performance tuning. - I automate processes using Terraform, Python, Bash, or similar tools. - I create clean, useful documentation and actively share knowledge across the wider team. - I promote a DevOps culture across squads and enable engineering teams to work independently.
