Desirable qualifications include experience with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright or an equivalent tool. A solid understanding of QA methodologies—functional, regression, and performance testing—is preferred. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or any computing, engineering, or science-related field that fosters analytical thinking and a keen interest in pursuing a career in testing. Familiarity with our technology stack, which includes Angular, .NET Core, Azure SQL hosted in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, and deployment via Azure DevOps pipelines, would be an added benefit.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Tester, you will play a significant role in supporting testing activities. Your responsibilities will include testing environments for quality control purposes, conducting UAT testing, and utilizing Visual Studio to ensure systems meet quality standards and procedures. You will document issues clearly and informatively, providing all necessary documentation for prompt resolution. Managing the user experience to ensure an error-free environment is crucial.
You will work directly with experienced developers across the full technology stack in an Agile environment, gaining end-to-end experience of the software development lifecycle by taking features and tools from inception to delivery. We encourage you to contribute to the direction of our platform and the company, while also taking control of your own deliverables, responsibilities, and learning path. There will be opportunities to explore areas such as Artificial Intelligence (Cognitive Sciences), Data Analytics, Geo-spatial analysis, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

We offer this position as a full-time, permanent graduate role with a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000 per year. The preferred location for this role is Caterham CR3 6HY, and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Work authorization in the United Kingdom is required. Our work model is hybrid, allowing for flexibility while being based in Caterham.
