- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the business and third-party suppliers
- IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Provide 1st Line Technical Support across all departments
- Assist with the effective delivery of IT support, including software and hardware support
- Ensure the IT department maintains an adequate supply of consumables and equipment
- Minimise interruption to IT supply and troubleshoot IT related problems in a timely manner
- Manage hardware and software asset compliance and licensing
- Administer Active Directory (AD) and Private Branch Exchange (PBX)
- Conduct diagnostic testing of Windows 11 and Linux Operating Systems
- Maintain network infrastructure, including DNS and DHCP
- Provide proactive server support and upkeep
- Manage O365 tenant and production/office software diagnostics
- Support ERP (NAV) maintenance and development
- Perform data analysis, warehousing, and report creation
- Asset management and documentation of standard operating procedures
- Administer and maintain CCTV systems
- Liaise with third-party suppliers as necessary
- Train and transfer knowledge to internal teams
- Promote health and safety practices and participate in relevant training
