Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior IT Operations and Service Manager in supporting overall IT function
- Coordinate operational IT activities and support delivery of the IT roadmap
- Facilitate communication, training, and engagement to drive adoption of IT solutions
- Process and track IT finance administration, including expenditure management
- Contribute to IT service reporting with performance metrics and management information
- Identify and address training opportunities in IT platforms
- Maintain strong relationships with IT suppliers to ensure compliance with milestones and agreements
- Promote IT policies and best practices across the organization
Description
We are looking for an IT Operations Associate to join our team at the GPhC, located in Canary Wharf, London. This fixed-term role will last for 12–15 months, offering a salary between £39,554 and £45,732 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
