Requirements

Must:
- A pragmatic approach to work, prioritizing iteration and delivering value to customers over process and deliberation. - Previous experience as a full-stack engineer, including experience working directly with customers. - A passion for learning and continual improvement, being comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to enhance your work. - Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React is a plus. - Expertise in an OOP language (e.g., Java, C++) and a modern JS framework (e.g., Angular). - Proficiency in working on a distributed, cloud-hosted product with rapid release cycles. - Experience working in an agile development team, delivering incremental improvements while adapting to user needs.

Responsibilities

- Enhance and expand our platform, collaborating with the development team to design and build new features end-to-end. - Share your expertise and learn from a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous growth. - Engage directly with users to understand their challenges, gather feedback, and shape features that truly make a difference. - Play a key role in establishing development best practices, driving technical excellence, and influencing our product and roadmap.
