Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience with Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional
- Knowledge of customer service, billing, OUI framework, and integration with MDM
- Familiarity with meter data management and OU framework
- Proficient in modules like billing, payments, meter read, and meter management
- Understanding of credit and collections, case management, and new connections
- Experience with configuration tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones, and Portals
- Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms, and plugin points
- Agile methodology knowledge
- Preferred functional knowledge in related areas
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects and support work for our UK-based Utility client
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Make functional decisions to assist our client
- Execute testing procedures
