Requirements
Must:
- Experience delivering EPR implementations (preferably Nervecentre EPR)
- Strong understanding of patient pathways and operational workflows
- Knowledge of national integration guidelines and interoperability standards like FHIR
- Proven ability in clinical and administrative process redesign
- Experience managing change on complex ICT-enabled projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Resilient and adaptable in complex program environments
- Masters or equivalent knowledge
- PRINCE2 Foundation
- Evidence of ongoing personal development
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Project/Visio or similar software package
- Ability to plan and prioritize own and others workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Always demonstrates integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- A comprehensive understanding of ICT enabled change/training service
Responsibilities
- Plan business change and training resources required for EPR
- Enable compliance with Service Standards including DTAC, DSPT, Cyber Security, Clinical Safety, and Accessibility requirements
- Lead Trust teams through a benefit and change management process
- Ensure seamless system integration with existing platforms including PAS and EDMS
- Monitor and report on the delivery of benefits to relevant Trust/health community stakeholders
- Ensure the potential of new and existing clinical ICT systems are fully utilized to maximize value from ICT investments
- Analyze and map patient pathways and hospital operational flows
- Ensure work required by projects is delivered at a suitable quality in the agreed timeframe
- Coordinate training, benefits, and changes across projects
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for collaborative working
- Ensure new ways of working are coordinated to reduce the impact of change
- Provide Change Management support for existing systems and new projects
- Inspire, negotiate, and persuade teams to develop new ways of working using ICT
- Work collaboratively with service groups to deliver modernization and service improvement agendas
- Represent the Program Department at relevant forums
- Support new users during implementation and maturation of systems
