Requirements
Must:
- Strong exposure to LLMs
- Experience with data readiness and feasibility assessment
- Knowledge of regulated delivery environments
- Familiarity with responsible AI and ISO42001
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Proficiency in Azure AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and prompt engineering
Responsibilities
- Shape high value AI and Copilot use cases
- Map workflows, prompts, and human-in-the-loop models
- Own the product roadmap and define the value hypothesis
- Define the MVP and commercial case across Data and AI initiatives
- Develop AI-specific test strategy focusing on LLMs and prompt behavior
- Establish guardrails, bias monitoring, and risk controls in regulated environments
- Deliver hands-on solutions using Azure AI and related technologies
Description
We are building an AI Foundry capability and are looking to hire four senior contract professionals: an AI Design Analyst, an AI Product Lead, an AI Test Lead, and an AI Specialist. These roles will focus on developing AI use cases, product roadmaps, test strategies, and hands-on delivery of AI solutions. The positions are contract-based for 3 to 6 months with the potential for extensions, based out of Leeds or Bradford.
