Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience as an AI Architect
- Hands-on expertise in designing agentic AI architectures using multi-agent orchestration patterns
- Proficiency in defining reference architectures for enterprise agent platforms integrating LLMs with systems of record
- Experience in designing audit-ready agent interactions and decision provenance
- Knowledge of frameworks like LangGraph, Google ADK, MCP, A2A patterns
- Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling
- Familiarity with API-first integration and event-driven architectures
- Exposure to AI quality metrics, such as task success rate and groundedness
- Experience on Google Cloud Platform or equivalent hyperscale
- Deep understanding of generative AI and RAG patterns
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
- Knowledge of MLOps/AgentOps, CI/CD, and observability
- Understanding of regulated financial services environments
- Experience implementing AI risk controls and model governance
- Knowledge of banking processes including retail banking and compliance
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (GCP)
- Strong knowledge of LLMOps practices and model registries
- Familiarity with secure cloud patterns and data protection
Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise AI architecture vision and align it to business goals and engineering standards across cloud and hybrid environments
- Design secure, scalable AI solutions covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and continuous feedback
- Establish integration patterns (APIs, events, microservices) for embedding model-powered capabilities
- Define enterprise-wide AI architecture guidelines and reusable components
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for versioning, CI/CD, and controlled promotion across environments
- Collaborate closely with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and security teams to ensure high-value solutions
- Enforce IAM least-privilege with IAM Conditions and organization policies
- Operationalize observability using Cloud Logging, Monitoring, and Error Reporting
- Identify the right AI/ML frameworks and infrastructure components for scalability goals
- Architect APIs and microservices that embed AI capabilities into existing workflows
