IT-Projektmanager

In this delivery-focused role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a major IT implementation project. This includes deploying new Oracle servers, migrating existing Oracle databases with version upgrades, and rolling out a new integrated business application. You will define the project scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners. Your duties will involve coordinating daily activity across infrastructure, application, and testing workstreams, while managing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle. Direct engagement with technical teams and business users will be necessary, as you will manage detailed project plans, ensure effective configuration and integration, and coordinate testing and remediation activities. You will also be responsible for project documentation, governance reporting, and knowledge transfer materials. Strong stakeholder engagement is crucial, as you will regularly brief senior leadership and business sponsors on project progress, challenges, and dependencies, ensuring aligned communication across the board. You will lead planning sessions, stand-ups, and reviews to foster a culture of accountability and visibility.
