Must:
- Proven background and understanding of AI technologies and their applications
- Knowledge and experience of the general and Lloyds/London Insurance Market
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, focused on delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience in organizing and facilitating workshops, focus groups, and training sessions
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and ethical considerations related to AI
- Extensive experience in business leadership, IT, or digital transformation roles, with a focus on AI or data analytics
- Demonstrated success in implementing AI initiatives and delivering measurable business value
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and its unique challenges is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary AI advocate and point of contact for our UK Trading Divisions
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including business executives, IT teams, and operational leaders
- Identify, prioritize, and sponsor impactful use cases for AI within the business division
- Collaborate with the IT AI working group and the global AI committee to implement AI initiatives
- Promote AI literacy within the business division and ensure employees understand AI technologies
- Ensure appropriate training is delivered to upskill teams on leveraging AI tools and solutions
- Develop and deliver clear communications around AI initiatives, successes, and opportunities
- Participate in the AI champions network as an advocate for AI
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by championing AI initiatives.
