Requirements
Must:
- The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable, while proficiency in English is essential.
- A background in Cyber Security, with knowledge of compliance requirements in line with security policies, standards, and legislation.
Technologies
Responsibilities
- I will monitor the Security Assurance Programme to address current technology threats affecting the Traffic Wales Communications and Systems Infrastructure.
- I will coordinate and document Cyber Security compliance requirements effectively.
- I will provide input on the security and resilience of the infrastructure, ensuring that it is supported in accordance with the adopted policies and procedures of the Welsh Government and Trunk Road Agencies.
- I will help ensure successful incident response and recovery capabilities.
Description
This position has a salary range of S4 (SCP 26-28) (£36,124 - £37,938) and is located at the Conwy Traffic Management Centre. The closing date for applications is 10:00 AM on Thursday, 7 August 2025.
