Requirements
Must:
- Experience in product owner or delivery coordination (essential)
- Experience working closely with development teams in a product delivery environment (essential)
- Understanding of agile methodologies and the product lifecycle (essential)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers (essential)
- Experience working with legal technology or fintech (desirable)
- Experience of tracking product success using analytics such as Power BI, Hotjar, or similar (desirable)
Responsibilities
In this role, I will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and the development team to ensure the successful refinement, delivery, and enhancement of our products. I will be responsible for running daily standups, retrospectives, and monthly planning sessions, ensuring the roadmap is delivered from requirements refinement through deployment and post-deployment checks. I will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, manage the product backlog, and drive continuous improvement in product delivery.
Description
My role serves as the liaison between the development team, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure clear communication of priorities and requirements. I will receive excellent training and have opportunities to progress my career, with a clear pathway to more senior roles as I grow with the business. This position is hybrid, requiring me to be based in our Burgess Hill office for three days a week, so I must live a commutable distance to Burgess Hill.
