Must:
I am looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead with at least 2 years in a tech lead role. You should be proficient in Java 8, Spring MVC, SpringBoot, and REST APIs. Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle is essential. A strong understanding of engineering principles, especially SOLID principles, is required.
Responsibilities
As a Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of three Java engineers, ensuring the highest standards of software development. You will advocate for best engineering practices, ensuring the team writes clean, maintainable code. Additionally, you will bridge the gap between technical leadership and people management while leveraging cloud services and third-party software to accelerate the development of our platform.

The salary for this position ranges from £80,000 to £90,000, depending on experience. Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
