Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Executive / Junior IT Support Analyst.
- Experience with any of the following tools is desirable: Salesforce, Intercom, Aircall, Confluence, Jira, Kibana, or Postman.
- We want someone with experience supporting customers through email, telephone, and in-product conversations.
- We are looking for a natural problem solver who can help customers get the best value from our product suite.
- We want someone who can use software tools to investigate, test, and replicate customer issues to identify root causes.
- We are looking for a professional with strong communication and customer service skills.
- We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities
- We will expect you to ensure customers receive an easy, memorable, and valued service.
- We will ask you to support customers via email, telephone, and in-product conversations.
- We will expect you to help customers get the best value from our product suite.
- We will ask you to investigate, test, and replicate customer issues using software tools.
- We will expect you to identify the causes of problems and support resolution.
- We will ask you to work closely with our Customer Success team to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Description
We are a market-leading healthcare company that has been established for over 12 years and helps change the lives of thousands of people across the UK by providing crucial and meaningful healthcare solutions. We are growing our Customer Success team and are looking to add a Junior Customer Success Executive / Junior IT Support Analyst to our team of 6 Customer Success Executives plus a Head of Customer Success. The role is based in Surrey, GU postcode, with hybrid working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office and Mondays and Fridays working from home. Our working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, and we offer free onsite parking. The salary is £27,000 with the opportunity to earn up to £4,000 for on-call duties after the 6-month probation period.
