Requirements
Must:
I am looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. You should have expertise in Java 8, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle. It is crucial that you are an advocate of best engineering principles (SOLID) and can ensure the team writes clean code. Additionally, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical leadership and people management.
Responsibilities
As the Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 Java engineers and driving successful project outcomes. You will report directly to the Head of Engineering and play a key role in leveraging cloud services and third-party software to accelerate platform development. Your leadership will guide the team to follow best practices and maintain high coding standards.
