Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of embedded C development experience, ideally with a background in product development or embedded software. You should have experience writing code for embedded applications on Linux or working in C on ARM processors. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as familiarity with WIFI and audio technology, particularly in sound-based products. While current management experience isn't required, we want someone who aspires to take on people management responsibilities in the future.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will ask you to coordinate the embedded software development team and actively contribute to various development activities. Your responsibilities will include a balance of line management and hands-on coding duties. On a daily basis, you will engage with projects utilizing microcontrollers, DSP, and embedded Linux technologies. Additionally, you will need to liaise with other development teams within our organization, translating project management requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
