Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of Embedded C development experience, ideally with product development/embedded software
- Experience in writing code for embedded applications (Linux) or running in C on ARM processors
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with WIFI / Audio Technology, specifically with sound-based products
- Interest in management; prior management experience is not required but a willingness to move towards people management is essential
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the embedded software development team and contribute to development activities
- Split time between line management and hands-on coding duties
- Contribute to projects utilizing microcontrollers, DSP, and embedded Linux technologies
- Liaise with other development teams within the business
- Translate project management requirements into engineering actions
