We are looking for a strong Client and Customer Manager who possesses gravitas, exceptional selling, and account development skills. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading deployments of Enterprise Software Solutions in a client environment and a passion for delivering real business value to customers. You should have experience in establishing and adhering to defined delivery roadmaps, prioritizing quality control, and monitoring project progress.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be instrumental in acquiring new customers and responsible for selling and managing services and solution delivery projects. You’ll support pre-sales efforts, architect solutions, and manage relationships between client stakeholders and solution design & delivery teams. Additional responsibilities include leading a small team of Engagement and Project Managers, analyzing project goals and risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and services. You will engage deeply with clients, negotiate effectively, and maintain budget responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.
Description
As a part of our expanding team, you will inspire and guide multi-located, multi-skilled teams in delivering various solutions and services, including CRM, Finance, HCM, Talent Development, and more. We value ongoing improvement in all areas of project delivery and rollout. You will provide a readily accessible point of escalation for stakeholders and maintain an overview of project spend. Your ability to build narratives and enhance client engagement will be key to your success in this role.
