We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer who can demonstrate strong CRM development experience and show involvement in previous CRM implementations. Ideally, you will have experience with at least one of the following: MySQL, Python, or TIBCO. You should also possess an awareness of and experience with overseeing sales pipelines, invoicing best practices, and marketing automation. Additionally, you must be able to lead and mentor colleagues, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively. A strong background in delivery management and problem management is essential.

Responsibilities
As a CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering CRM solutions for our expanding customer and client base. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM projects and work closely with clients to translate their requirements into functional solutions. Your role will also involve optimizing marketing automation processes, campaign workflows, and tracking customer journeys. You will manage stakeholder relationships and review and mentor the work of junior colleagues, providing coaching where necessary. Additionally, we expect you to contribute to our delivery methodologies, templates, and overall company standards.
