Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ideally have some system administration experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical skills in Microsoft collaboration tool configuration and management, including O365, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with virtual desktop technologies, Hyper-V, Azure VM
- Familiarity with remote monitoring tools, including N-Able N-Central
- Understanding of networking and firewall key principles
- Knowledge of replication and backup solutions, including Zerto and Veeam
- Experience with VMWare vSphere Storage
Responsibilities
- Handle advanced technical support cases and escalations from the 1st Line Support Team
- Deliver excellent customer service focused on ITSM system input and first-touch resolution
- Meet SLA obligations while providing technical support
- Ensure high-quality services and high levels of client satisfaction
- Achieve and maintain necessary vetting such as Disclosure Scotland, BPSS, SC
