Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as a Project Manager
- Proven delivery experience on mainframe platforms (e.g. z/OS, COBOL, CICS, DB2, IMS)
- Experience managing large, complex, business-critical systems
- Solid understanding of SDLC and enterprise change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in regulated, high-pressure environments
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver mainframe-focused projects from initiation through to completion
- Define project plans, milestones, budgets, and delivery governance
- Lead cross-functional teams across development, infrastructure, testing, and production support
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
- Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory, audit, and security requirements
- Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees
- Coordinate delivery across onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery standards and controls
