Requirements
Must:
- Ideally, you have 5+ years of relevant experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript & C#).
- Youre skilled in designing, writing, and executing manual test cases when automation isnt applicable.
- While exposure to professional services would be advantageous, we value experience from various sectors and company sizes.
- A related degree or ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing is welcome but not essential.
- Were looking for someone with strong automation skills, particularly in framework enhancement, maintenance, and test execution, who also appreciates the importance of manual testing for delivering high-quality software.
- You should have a strong understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Cloud environments (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills are essential to explain technical details clearly.
- Proven experience in balancing multiple projects simultaneously and working independently with initiative is important.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Lead QA, youll contribute to the improvement and maintenance of our automated testing setup while assisting with general application testing of our key products.
- Youll write, maintain, and extend automation scripts to cover regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Ensuring that automation tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for continuous testing will be part of your role.
- Troubleshooting, optimizing, and improving the reliability of automated test suites will be your responsibility.
- Youll provide automation coverage across multiple projects.
- When automation is not applicable, youll design, write, and execute manual test cases (e.g., exploratory testing, UI validation, one-off business scenarios).
- Performing regression and functional testing manually where automation is not feasible will also be part of your duties.
- Collaboration with Developers, Product Managers, QAs, and other stakeholders across multiple projects is essential.
