3rd Line Support Engineer

- Act as the senior escalation point for infrastructure and network issues - Maintain high availability across servers, networks, and core platforms - Implement Microsoft-centric security controls for seamless connectivity and robust protection against cyber threats - Configure and monitor security controls using Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID - Monitor vulnerabilities and intrusions, patching server infrastructure and client devices - Manage Conditional Access Policies, MFA, and Role-Based Access Controls - Install and troubleshoot physical hardware while recommending improvements for office networking infrastructure - Maintain accurate network diagrams and ensure key documentation is reviewed and updated - Ensure endpoint compliance across both laptops and mobile devices - Improve processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures - Attend webinars/conferences and networking events to identify trends/threats in the security landscape - Assist with the day-to-day running of the IT function as a technical escalation point of contact - Participate in ad-hoc project work as necessary
