Requirements
Must:
- MCSE, MCSA, MCPs or CCNA certification
- Substantial IT support and project experience
- Ability to build and support core technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Server (all versions)
- Experience with Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Remote Desktop, and RDApp infrastructure
- Knowledge of VMware and Hyper V
- Familiarity with Cisco, Citrix, Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune
- Experience with HPE and Dell technologies
- Understanding of SonicWall, WatchGuard, and Draytek technologies
- Knowledge of Veeam, Adobe, Fortinet, and Juniper technologies
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to clients across varied technologies, both in the field and remotely
- Build, install, and maintain servers and client systems
- Work with cloud applications and client technologies
- Conduct occasional travel to client sites for on-site support
- Perform remote support and work from home as necessary
- Collaborate with Microsoft and major vendor technologies on systems, appware, servers, peripherals, and networks
- Multitask and adjust work priorities to meet client needs on short notice
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients at all levels, acting as an ambassador for the company
