Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with SharePoint and Office 365
- Proficiency in PowerApps and Power Automate
- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience working in Agile methodologies
- Ability to conduct code reviews and technical workshops
- Strong analytical skills for business requirements
- Experience in database languages such as T-SQL and PL/SQL
- Excellent documentation skills for technical and business deliverables
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to adopt Agile methodologies and support daily operations
- Work with Development and Architecture teams to establish best practices for SharePoint/Office 365
- Lead technical and design workshops within the team
- Conduct code reviews to enhance skills across the team
- Participate in planning and estimating upcoming work volumes
- Contribute to the rollout of new tools that improve development processes
- Address performance, scalability, and security issues during design and implementation
- Follow Change Management Control procedures for updates in Production systems
- Assist in defining and configuring SharePoint/Office 365 environments for Disaster Recovery
- Support continuous improvement and upskilling of team members
- Develop Office 365 tools including SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and related technologies
- Analyze business requirements and provide constructive feedback
- Create detailed documentation for deliverables considering technical and business perspectives
- Provide scripts for database queries based on business needs
