Requirements
Must:
- Ability to support core technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Server (all versions), Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Remote Desktop and RDApp infrastructure, VMware, Hyper V, Cisco, Citrix, Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, HPE and Dell technologies, SonicWall, WatchGuard and Draytek technologies, Veeam, Adobe, Fortinet, and Juniper.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present well and clearly communicate at all levels of client organizations, including board level.
- Capability to multitask and adapt work priorities to meet clients' needs at short notice.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the smooth operation of the service desk and provide expert support to a diverse range of clients across both cutting-edge and legacy technologies.
- Work closely with the Service Desk Management team to log and categorize tickets, escalating cases when necessary.
- Monitor ticket flow within the service desk, ensuring proper prioritization for all tickets.
- Review and ensure timely responses to client inquiries, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
- Collaborate with workshop and admin teams to track hardware status and location via the service desk.
- Step in to support the Service Desk Management team as needed.
- Provide support involving both hardware and software for PCs, laptops, servers, peripherals, and networks.

This role is onsite for three days a week in Chesham, UK. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, friendly, and supportive environment. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be a key ambassador for our company, engaging with clients and ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your expertise and personable nature will contribute significantly to our clients’ satisfaction and the overall success of the service desk operations.
