Requirements
Must:
- Experience with RPA tools, specifically UiPath
- Proficiency in C# and SQL, with the ability to develop and deploy functions using C#.NET
- Ability to create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs) throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience with root cause analysis of RPA incidents and process exceptions
- Familiarity with Business Case construction and project documentation maintenance
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other developers and stakeholders
- Ability to support production operations and troubleshoot issues in development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Capability to develop and maintain complex solutions following company coding standards
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the RPA Business Analyst to execute RPA initiatives by evaluating and designing process workflows, including building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions.
- Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD), ensuring accurate and detailed RPA solution process flows and technical specifications.
- Sign off the SDD for final deployment.
- Assist the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Programme Manager in constructing Business Cases and identifying opportunities for further RPA solution adoption across the organization.
- Ensure project documents are maintained and facilitate knowledge transfer to clients throughout the engagement.
- Lead investigations and perform detailed analysis of RPA incidents and process exceptions, employing a strategic approach to root cause analysis.
- Develop and deploy peripheral functions using C#.NET, including end-to-end data reconciliation and generating reports in various formats (PDF, Excel, SSRS, etc.).
- Create required SQL scripts for both SQL Server and Oracle to support additional functions and data analysis.
- Communicate with other C# developers to ensure acceptable data processing across systems and collaborate on C# development tasks when required.
- Provide periodic status updates on development progress and address any issues in development, UAT, and bug fixing.
- Conduct RPA testing and UAT support, while maintaining RPA environment operations.
Description
This role is a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. We operate a flexible work model, allowing you to work remotely for part of the week while being present at our Canary Wharf office in London for three days. The daily rate for this position is £415 and is classified as Inside IR35. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled RPA/Automation Developer who can develop and maintain complex solutions while proactively contributing to project progress.
