Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- I have proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- I have strong proficiency in C# .NET 8, Blazor, Azure SQL Server, Azure B2C, Terraform, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps, along with a good understanding of modern web applications and technologies.
- I possess a solid understanding of database design and optimization, having experience with SQL databases.
- I demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- I will design, code, test, and implement software solutions according to project specifications.
- I will collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- I will debug and resolve software defects and issues.
- I will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- I will provide input during the planning and estimation phases of projects.
- I will participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
- I will conduct unit testing and support integration testing, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- I will create and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, system architecture, and deployment procedures, keeping it up-to-date to reflect changes and improvements.
- I will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance teams, communicating effectively to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and timelines.
- I will stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
Description
This is a fixed-term contract role for 3 to 6 months, with a rate of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, pro rata. The position is hybrid, requiring that I spend 50% of the month in the office located in London, Victoria. GCS is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
