Requirements

Must:
I am looking for a proven Enterprise Architect with a significant track record of working at the executive level. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR domain expertise, specifically in areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, and Workforce Planning. Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methods is essential, along with hands-on experience using architecture tooling like LeanIX. You should have the ability to design and clearly communicate transformation roadmaps and capability models. A strong understanding of integration approaches, APIs, and data management within HR systems is required, as well as awareness of security, GDPR, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as you will need to influence both executives and technical teams. The ability to deliver quickly, operate independently, and remain focused on clear outputs is essential.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop and maintain HR capability models, data catalogues, and system inventories using enterprise architecture tools like LeanIX. You will also produce transformation roadmaps aligned with our business objectives and IT strategy. Engaging directly with executives and senior stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into architectural deliverables. Your responsibilities will include defining and applying EA standards, patterns, and governance processes, as well as evaluating HR and adjacent domain solutions, including SaaS platforms and integration options. You will provide architectural oversight on HR system integration, data flows, and interoperability, ensuring that our HR technology roadmaps reflect security, compliance, and data protection requirements. Additionally, you will deliver clear and actionable artefacts, such as heatmaps, reference architectures, and roadmaps, to support investment and change decisions. Finally, you will transfer knowledge and leave behind reusable materials to support our permanent architecture function.

Description

This contract position is based in London, UK, and is expected to last for 6 months. I am seeking an experienced professional who can operate independently and engage confidently at a senior level. You will also be responsible for leaving behind reusable artefacts and knowledge for our permanent Enterprise Architecture team. If you have the required skills and experience, I encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
