Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in C#, WPF, and WinForms
- Experience with SQL and Oracle databases
- Strong understanding of business requirements and application design
- Familiarity with T-SQL (SQL Server) and PL/SQL (Oracle)
- Knowledge of MS VBA for Excel, MS VB, and MS Excel Macros is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for system failures
- Experience in writing operation documents, including user manuals
- Familiarity with Citrix and application server distribution methods
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and design application structures accordingly
- Program WPF applications in Visual C#.NET for Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Conduct user testing and implement applications through Development, Quality Assurance (QA), and Production environments
- Support users and create operational documentation
- Define database objects needed for systems in cooperation with SQL and Oracle Database Administrators
- Provide scripts for data analysis based on business requirements
- Set up application distribution methods for both web and desktop applications
- Troubleshoot systems during failures and implement solutions
- Follow team programming policies to ensure a common development style
- Update versions of MS .Net Framework and MS Visual .NET to ensure systems run smoothly
- Liaise with relevant support teams to address any user issues
- Assess the impact of data processing loads on SQL and Oracle databases and explore alternative solutions
- Coordinate with the Release manager for rolling out changes while maintaining a change history of applications
