- Proficiency in drafting and updating business rules for M365 applications
- Skills in planning and executing workshops
- Ability to prepare workshop materials
- Strong communication skills for developing and executing a communications plan
- Experience in developing a training plan and materials
- Capability to educate business users on data governance and data loss protection
- Proficiency in requirements gathering (functional and non-functional)
- Ability to articulate technical and non-technical solutions
- Competence in translating technical requirements to non-technical language and vice-versa
- Familiarity with analysis tools and practices for designing systems and processes
- Strong documentation skills for processes and project deliverables
- Experience in supporting project mandates and business cases
Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders relevant to data classification and data loss prevention
- Compile findings from interviews and surveys into relevant formats
- Draft or update business rules for M365 applications
- Plan workshops including topics, participants, and timelines
- Prepare materials for stakeholder input on business rules
- Develop a communications plan for data loss protection controls
- Work with internal teams to execute the communications plan
- Develop a training plan and supportive materials for data loss protection controls
- Educate business users on data governance, classification, and protection
- Review and update data governance and data loss protection documentation
- Gather and document business processes and systems (As Is)
- Articulate technical and non-technical solutions (To Be)
- Contribute to selecting appropriate analysis tools and practices
- Update and maintain documentation of processes and project deliverables
- Support best practice business analysis initiatives
