Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 (or equivalent)
- Basic or working knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems
- Collaborative and organised with prioritisation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Comfortable working in a team
- No prior experience in tech required; a genuine interest in technology is essential
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured Cyber Practitioner Development Programme over 18 months
- Complete training modules including seminars, lectures, lab sessions, and group projects
- Rotate between tech teams to apply new knowledge in real-world settings
- Engage in tasks that disrupt adversaries or prevent major crime online
- Utilize programming languages and conduct security and vulnerability research
- Develop infrastructure solutions and contribute to pioneering end-to-end solutions
- Work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and fellow trainees
- Receive mentorship and support throughout the training period
