Requirements
Must:
- Strong Azure and Kubernetes experience
- Solid Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills
- Background in distributed systems and platform engineering at scale
- Experience with Terraform and/or Crossplane
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and progressive delivery strategies
- Knowledge of observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
- Mentoring experience for engineers is a plus
- Coding background is highly regarded but not essential

- Help define infrastructure standards
- Build out developer platforms to enhance delivery speed, reliability, and security
- Design scalable and secure cloud infrastructure
- Advance CI/CD practices across the organization
- Embed observability and SRE principles within teams
- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the function
Description
We are a fast-growing SaaS organization based in Manchester, offering a hybrid work environment in the city center. We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to play a key role in shaping and scaling our internal platform. In this senior, hands-on position, you will take strong technical ownership and influence leadership while enjoying a competitive salary of £80,000 to £90,000 and a robust benefits package.
