Aviation Product Support Specialist

- Provide basic-to-moderately complex product support on Garmin aviation products - Receive, answer, and take ownership of customer technical inquiries via telephone, letters, and email - Develop expertise on the specifications, capabilities, and operation of Garmin aviation products - Provide operational support for Garmins aviation products, including international in-flight use - Offer guidance on regulatory topics concerning equipment and aircraft operations - Support aviation database updates for Garmin portable and panel-mounted products - Remain current on changes in policies, procedures, and product offerings - Provide reliable solutions to various problems while maintaining customer satisfaction - Identify and recommend improvements in Garmin products and procedures - Review circumstances and authorize warranty service when appropriate - Ensure customer and business information is maintained in strict confidence - Provide customer support for Garmin Aviation software applications - Support the Aviation Sales team by attending trade shows both domestically and abroad - Perform other tasks as assigned by aviation management
