Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Salesforce Cloud)
- Comfortable working across integrations with other systems
- Ability to take business requirements and turn them into working solutions
- Experience working across different parts of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Pragmatic approach to building - not overengineering, not cutting corners
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on across Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations)
- Engage in Agentforce implementation from early-stage exploration to rollout
- Define what good looks like beyond just building to spec
- Improve and evolve existing solutions
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to solve real business problems
