- I have a background working as a Test Analyst across multiple projects.
- I can plan, develop, and execute manual test scripts based on requirements and user stories.
- I have demonstrated the ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- I will design, plan, create, and execute test scripts based on system and user requirements, from the exit of unit testing through to the start of UAT.
- I will adhere to established Test and Quality Assurance strategies and processes.
- I will demonstrate a strong understanding of all test phases throughout project lifecycles.
- I will translate acceptance criteria into detailed technical and functional test scripts, including integrations.
- I will manage defects, including reporting, prioritization, and dashboard updates.
- I will work closely with the Test Manager to prioritize testing activities, defects, and resolution efforts with both internal teams and external partners.
- I will support project teams to ensure end-user testing is carried out effectively and in line with test plans.
- I will ensure all entry and exit criteria are met for each testing phase.
- I will coordinate and support non-functional testing activities in alignment with project requirements.
Description
I hold an ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing (or equivalent) and have experience in test planning, execution, and full defect lifecycle management. I am proficient in using Azure DevOps, MS Dynamics CRM, and Optimizely/Episerver, with knowledge and practical experience of Agile (SCRUM) methodology. What's in it for me?
