Must:
- Strong SharePoint development background (Online or On-Prem)
- Experience with SPFx, APIs, Microsoft Graph
- Good understanding of permissions, governance, Azure AD
- Ability to own projects, engage with clients, and drive initiatives forward
Nice to have:
- Defence / secure environment experience
- Exposure to NCSC / accreditation
- Familiarity with migration tools (ShareGate etc.)
- CI/CD exposure
Responsibilities
- Act as the SharePoint lead / SME on the project
- Build robust, resilient SharePoint solutions (including failover across environments)
- Develop with SPFx, Power Apps & Power Automate
- Integrate into wider platforms (ServiceNow, Azure, Power BI etc.)
- Work directly with stakeholders
