Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in CRM/RevOps technical leadership in a fast-growing SaaS business.
- Deep HubSpot expertise spanning architecture, design, data modeling, and advanced customization (custom objects, associations, roles/permissions).
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with REST APIs & iPaaS (e.g., Zapier, n8n).
- Proven track record in reducing duplicates at scale and implementing merge/matching logic.
- A confident, coaching leader capable of challenging upwards and aligning with CRO/Sales/Marketing/CS teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business impacts.
Responsibilities
- Design a scalable CRM object/data architecture aligned with our GTM strategy.
- Establish, build, and enforce governance standards including naming conventions, validations, deduplication/merge logic, permissions, and GDPR compliance.
- Lead data quality initiatives and programs such as deduplication, hygiene, audits, and validation.
- Orchestrate integrations and automation (APIs, webhooks, Zapier/n8n) across the stack and data lake/back-office.
- Drive change and adoption through UAT, training, documentation, and clear guardrails for GTM self-service.
- Build and lead a small governance and technical team (admin/automation, integration engineering).
