Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on technical skills in Node.js or Python (TypeScript is a plus), Docker, and Cloud Platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).
- Proficiency in API integration and a solid understanding of MLOps or data pipeline best practices.
- Prior experience in a RevOps, GTM, or growth-oriented environment.
- A growth-hacker mindset—curious, creative, hands-on, and unafraid of ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and effectively promote your ideas.
- Entrepreneurial ownership—treating every project as if it were your own product.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered GTM applications that automate workflows, surface insights, and enhance efficiency.
- Build reliable data pipelines connecting APIs, CRMs, and internal databases to optimize AI workflows.
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs or domain-specific AI models for sales enablement, customer experience copilots, or data enrichment.
- Partner closely with GTM leaders to identify challenges and design custom solutions, progressing from idea to prototype to production.
- Experiment rapidly, test ideas, and take ownership of the entire lifecycle of your builds.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and RevOps teams to shape a scalable internal AI platform.
