IT Helpdesk Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stock inventory and all equipment in the IT storeroom. Your daily tasks will include working with stock ordering and receiving goods, preparing hardware for delivery, and delivering/installing hardware at customer locations. You will also train customers on the use of goods and ensure their satisfaction before leaving. Responding to first-line support inquiries and end-user software or hardware queries via email, ticketing system, phone, or in person will be part of your responsibilities. Following the outsourced business processes and procedures, you will work closely with the IT Manager and the wider support team to address any recurring technical issues. Additionally, you will update the ticketing system, logging all calls and documenting progress and actions, while continuously improving your knowledge of various software and hardware technologies.
