- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in dashboard creation and innovative visuals
- Familiarity with data management tools like BigQuery and EDW
- Previous project management experience
- Background in Agile delivery and working knowledge of JIRA (desirable)
- Understanding of predictive profiling and SQL (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Generate insights from a strong pool of information based on outputs from 1700 retailers worldwide
- Combine data from multiple sources to identify correlations for future action plans at retailer and market levels
- Develop intelligence briefs for the Retail Performance Intelligence team using the Retailer Benchmarking tool
- Own the calculation of the retention metric and ensure global consistency in developing it
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer retention metrics based on transactional data insights
- Take full ownership of the Ideas hopper for feedback from Regions and Markets
- Collaborate with TCS & Systems and Data team to ensure timely delivery of agreed hopper items
- Monitor and report trends and achievements at market level
- Identify data-driven insights to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Document market feedback for product and intelligence requirements
- Develop a roadmap for generating insights from transactional data
- Ensure on-time retention reporting and enhancement of metrics
- Identify and simplify low-performing activities and present findings to relevant forums
- Collaborate with wider BPI and R&L teams, including GCS Finance and Digital
