Requirements
Must:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 and/or Lead Auditor
- Experience in developing and maintaining IT security compliance frameworks
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards including ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2
- Ability to create, review, and enforce information security policies and procedures
- Proven track record in managing compliance audits and certifications
- Excellent communication skills for training and guiding stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and audit management
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT security compliance frameworks
- Ensure policies, procedures, and certifications are documented and regularly updated
- Create, review, and update regional information security policies aligning with global standards
- Monitor adherence to established policies and provide guidance to stakeholders
- Implement governance processes, including periodic audits and compliance checks
- Assess existing policy effectiveness and recommend enhancements
- Maintain security policy documents and manage 3rd party supplier audits and compliance checks
- Support incident response and provide detailed audit reports and recommendations

We are a global client offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Security Compliance Consultant with competitive compensation of up to £77,000 plus a bonus of up to 13% and an annual salary review of 10%.
